Service Details

One person's set menu meal will be free of charge when two or more adults purchase predetermined set menus at designated restaurants in Japan.

JCB Platinum cards and above issued in countries and regions outside Japan (*)
(*)Cards issued in Russia are not eligible for this service.

Service Availability:

Once per person per restaurant during the period below.
Service Usage Period:
Period A: March, 2023
Period B: April, 2023 - September, 2023
Period C (*): October, 2023 - March, 2024
Period D: April, 2024 - September, 2024
Period E: October, 2024 - March, 2025

  • *

    Period C has been extended by one month until March, 2024.

  • Cardmembers with multiple eligible cards can use the service multiple times during the period.
    However, you must register for membership with each card using a different email address on the JCB Platinum Restaurant Service website.

  • Cardmembers and their family cardmembers can use the service separately if they individually register for membership.

    Reservations must be made by 7:00PM JST three days prior to your desired date (excluding the New Year's holiday).

    Please check the JCB Platinum Restaurant Service website for information on the New Year's holiday period (the year-end and New Year's schedule will be made available in December every year).

Terms and Conditions

  • The service may only be used once per person per restaurant during each of the above service periods.

  • The cardmembers themselves must use the service. The service cannot be used if the cardmember who made the reservation does not accompany those using the service.

  • If cardmembers make multiple service reservations and join each other at the restaurant, only one person is eligible for the special offer.

Process for Using the Service

■ Reservation

    Log in to the JCB Platinum Restaurant Service website

Authenticate the card you wish to use with the service
After accessing the JCB Platinum Restaurant Service website, enter the 10-digit card number starting from the left, then click the “Authenticate” button to authenticate your card as eligible for the service.

Membership log in
After your card has been successfully authenticated as eligible for this service, please log in to the JCB Platinum Restaurant Service website.

    When making a reservation, please be sure you are accessing the JCB Platinum Restaurant Service website below. You cannot log in under your membership via other sites.

  • *

    If you are using this service for the first time, you need to register for membership on the JCB Platinum Restaurant Service website.

    Applying for a reservation with your preferred restaurant on the restaurant information page

Select the restaurant you wish to make a reservation for and apply from the “Email Reservation” button on the restaurant information page. After that, follow the guidance on the screen to enter necessary information such as your card number and complete the reservation procedures.
For details on how to make a reservation, please refer to “How to Use” on the JCB Platinum Restaurant Service website.

    If a cancellation fee is incurred, it will be charged to the card number registered at the time of reservation.

    Checking the application results e-mail

Once you have made arrangements with your preferred restaurant, the SYOTAI BIYORI Desk will contact you with the result of your reservation to your specified email address, so please be sure to check whether or not you could make a reservation. After the reservation has been confirmed, please check whether the details of the reservation are correct.
After the results of the reservation application have been emailed to the cardmember from the SYOTAI BIYORI Desk, a reservation confirmation will be sent by email.

    You can also check application results from “Reservations” on the JCB Platinum Restaurant Service website.

  • *

    If you have a spam filter, please configure the domain specifications for incoming mail so that you will be able to receive emails from @syotaibiyori.com.

  • *

    No contact will be made by phone regarding the results of your application.
    In addition, if you make a reservation directly with the restaurant, this service is not available under any circumstances.

Using the service on the day of your reservation

    Visiting the restaurant you have made a reservation with

On the day of the reservation, please be sure to show a printed copy of the reservation confirmation or the reservation confirmation e-mail at the restaurant.
The restaurant will provide the predetermined set menu for the service.

    Please be sure to pay with a card that is eligible for the service.

  • *

    If you do not arrive within 30 minutes of the reservation time, the reservation will be cancelled and a cancellation fee prescribed by each restaurant will be charged.

Reservation changes/Cancellations

Cancellation policies depend on the restaurant. Please check the page for each restaurant.

    If you wish to cancel or change your reservation, please contact the SYOTAI BIYORI Desk by 7:00PM JST three days prior to the reserved date (excluding the New Year's holiday).

    Requests for cancellations or changes made directly to the restaurant will not be accepted.

  • *

    If a prescribed cancellation fee is applied, the cancellation fee will be charged to the JCB card number registered at the time of reservation.

Notes

  1. 1.

    This service is available to cardmembers with JCB Platinum cards or above issued in countries and regions outside Japan.

  2. 2.

    This service is provided on the basis of the contract between the cardmembers and Field Planning K.K. (SYOTAI BIYORI).
    Only cardmembers who agree to the Field Planning K.K. (SYOTAI BIYORI) Terms of Service may use this service.

  3. 3.

    If cardmembers cancel their membership with the JCB Platinum Restaurant Service website by SYOTAI BIYORI, they will need to re-register when they wish to use the service again.

  4. 4.

    Personal information acquired by Field Planning K.K. (SYOTAI BIYORI) is used for business necessary to provide this service and to the extent deemed necessary for the continued operation of the service (*1). It shall not be used for any other purposes, and appropriate measures shall be taken to ensure this. In addition, Field Planning K.K. (SYOTAI BIYORI) manages the personal information of registered cardmembers in accordance with the Terms of Service.

      The extent deemed necessary for the continued operation of the service refers to requests from supervisory agencies and administrative agencies based on laws and regulations.

  5. 5.

    All responsibility for the provision of the service belongs to Field Planning K.K. (SYOTAI BIYORI), and the service is provided by Field Planning K.K. (SYOTAI BIYORI) based on the conditions and Terms of Service established by Field Planning K.K. (SYOTAI BIYORI).

  6. 6.

    This service may be suspended or terminated in whole or in part on reasonable grounds.
    JCB shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users of this service or related parties due to the suspension or termination of the provision of this service.

  7. 7.

    JCB is not able to provide guidance for inquiries about the details of the service or how to use the service. For more information, please contact Field Planning K.K. (SYOTAI BIYORI).
