[Recovery] Some JCB cards unable to be processed due to system interruption

From August 6, 2018 (Monday) 11:34PM (JST) to August 7, 2018 (Tuesday) 5:50AM (JST),
JCB had a system interruption that impacted some JCB cardholders.
The issue has been resolved and currently our system is operating as usual.
