JCB Japan Guide Available for Android(TM)

July 29 2013, Tokyo: JCB, a leading international payment brand, is pleased to announce the launch of its free English smartphone application JCB Japan Guide for Android(TM).
JCB Japan Guide provides JCB cardmembers visiting Japan from overseas access to special offers using the GPS locator function in addition to travel and sightseeing information. It contains approximately 450 special offers, discounts and other deals such as free beverages at restaurants available with JCB card payment. This app has been available for iPhone in English, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese since 2012.

Functions
1) Special offer search: Search approximately 450 merchant offers by location, category and merchant name. Show the merchant the coupon display and pay with JCB to get the offer.
2) Information for visitors: Sightseeing information, transportation, climate, and other useful information for visitors to Japan.
3) JCB international travel services: Guide to JCB's wide variety of international travel services - before departure and in Japan.
4) Twitter and Facebook sharing: Only a touch of a button to share discount and other information on Twitter and Facebook.
